Does EasyStartShop take a percentage of merchant orders?
No platform sales commission is charged by default. Payment-provider fees may still apply.
How do customers pay?
A merchant can enable the payment methods available for their shop. Manual methods include bank transfer, cash on delivery and pickup; online providers are connected separately.
Do I need to verify my email?
You can create and edit your shop immediately, but public publishing may require email verification.
How many product images can I use?
FREE supports one image, START up to five, and PRO AI / BUSINESS up to eight images per product.
Can I change my design later?
Yes. Store design and available layout options can be changed from the merchant dashboard.
Is email marketing included?
Newsletter signup is available and eligible paid plans unlock campaign tools.
Can products appear on Tumbelz?
Eligible plans can list products on Tumbelz from the same catalog without duplicate product entry.
What if I forget my password?
Use Forgot password on the login screen and follow the reset link sent by email.
