1. Service

EasyStartShop provides tools for creating and operating online stores according to the capabilities available on the merchant's effective plan.

2. Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for their products, prices, taxes, fulfillment, customer communication, refunds and compliance with laws applicable to their business.

3. Plans and billing

FREE remains available within published limits. Paid EasyStartShop subscriptions are purchased and renewed exclusively through Stripe in USD under the same terms for every country. There is no grace period and no manual or bank-transfer platform billing.

4. Cancellation and downgrade

Cancellation stops future renewal. Paid access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Downgrade does not automatically delete merchant products, orders or business records.

5. Payments

EasyStartShop platform billing and customer-to-merchant payments are separate systems. EasyStartShop subscriptions and additional AI-credit purchases use Stripe only; merchant customer payments use the payment methods configured by each merchant.

6. Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for unlawful sales, fraud, phishing, malicious software, unauthorized access or infringement of third-party rights.

7. Availability

The service evolves continuously and may be changed or temporarily interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
